Structure and Teams:

The ASC recently completed a strategic planning process to ensure that it continues to impact and improve the lives of the county’s rapidly expanding population of older adults and their caregivers. Over the course of several months, the ASC transitioned into a slightly modified structure that has been approved by the full collaborative and expands the role of the Executive Committee.
